Acidrop Bio

Acidrop, also known as AlexOne or AcidOne is a musician/artist who has been playing shows and recording music since 2003. Acidrop currently performs with Cult Boston Hip-Hop group "Cooler Than Smack" as well as his new Rap group "Jindas Emcees" with Ottomic Blue. Aside from Hip-Hop music, he also is Bass Player in thrash metal band "In The Flesh" and is front man of the chaotic punk band "Clambake"
"So here's my deal. I started by playing in punk bands since 1998, most notably being lead vocalist of Clambake from Brockton, MA. In 2003, I started to make hip-hop beats and during some down time began writing. After sharpening my skills and stoicly avoiding all hip-hop stereo-types, I joined Boston underground derilects "Cooler Than Smack". From there, Shemrok (also of acid-rap group BOD) and I (now going by the name Acidrop) recorded "Drugrat Fieldtrip". After playing a few shows I started Clambake with my brother Matti, Josh Goodreau, and Jeremy Nichols.. the illest mofo's I know. Years later I joined "In The Flesh", the fastest thrash band in the south shore. Most recently, I can be seen rocking shows with "Ottomic Blue" either seperatley or together as "Jindas Emcees"."
